An exclusive conversation with Narm Chok, Account Manager at Amigo Gaming — on B2B partnerships, crypto casino content strategy, LatAm and Asia growth, and what great affiliates actually do differently.

Over three years at Amigo Gaming handling B2B partnerships across global casino operators. Background spanning customer support and operations in Manila, a stint with LaLiga in Spain, and now driving partner growth at one of Europe's fastest-rising slot studios. Graduated from Thammasat University. Based in Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area.
I actually started out nearly a decade ago in Manila, working directly in customer support and operations for sportsbooks and casinos. That was a wild and great school because it taught me firsthand what players really care about. After moving to Spain and doing a quick stint with LaLiga, I joined the Amigo Gaming team here in Barcelona nearly four years ago to handle our B2B partnerships.
I've always loved the fast pace of this industry, but what really helps me in my day-to-day now is that background in player care. It means I don't just look at spreadsheets and partnership metrics. I know exactly what the end-user feels and expects, and that makes a massive difference when building real, data-driven relationships with our casino partners.
My day-to-day is focused on keeping everything running smoothly across operations, performance results, and partner communication. It's a dynamic mix of internal alignment and external strategy. A huge part of my role is driving growth, which includes planning targeted promotions, setting up seamless launches, and constantly analyzing data to find new ways to maximize our clients' GGR.
What casino partners expect most is proactive reliability. They don't want a passive contact who just emails files once a month; they need someone who supports them, understands their specific audience, and brings real ideas to the table to help them grow.
When I pitch to new partners, I always highlight how effortlessly our games fit into any lobby and start performing from day one. There are plenty of studios out there doing overly complex setups, but we choose to perfect the essentials. We pair high-end, colorful art direction with math models that keep players entertained.
Operators really appreciate that our portfolio is incredibly consistent. They know that when they take an Amigo Gaming title, they are getting a reliable product that loads fast, runs smoothly, and maintains a steady, healthy volume of rounds month after month.
Crypto players love high-energy sessions and clear, explosive potential. Right now, titles like 1000 Olympus Rivals, Blazing Crown Deluxe, and 3 Spirit Volcanoes are doing incredibly well in crypto lobbies.
The secret with these games is that they go straight to the point. Crypto users don't want to sit through long, slow animations just to see a result; they expect immediate action and volatility. These titles combine massive win potential with a really snappy gameplay that keeps up with the fast pace of crypto platforms.
Our games are already built to be highly adaptive, so they handle multi-currency and seamless token integration perfectly from the start. The real shift is in the speed of the partnership. Crypto operators move at a much faster pace, so we focus on keeping bureaucracy out of the way, providing rapid integrations and instant support.
Product-wise, it's about pushing the right content. When dealing with crypto platforms, I always highlight our most volatile, fast-paced features because that is exactly what their tech-savvy audience wants.
In 2026, Amigo Gaming is maintaining a powerful foothold in established markets like Europe and the CIS while experiencing rapid growth across LatAm, Brazil, and Asia — even breaking into the top 5 providers in key countries like Peru and Mexico. We continue to aggressively expand into new certified markets globally.
While every region has its unique quirks, our success comes down to analyzing the data and precisely tailoring our content to local player preferences to drive continuous growth.
From an account management side, it's all about open communication and treating the affiliate as a strategic partner. When we have a major upcoming launch, I want our affiliates to be the first to know so we can coordinate and build momentum together.
The relationship works best when we move past static listings. When an affiliate shares real feedback on what their users want, it helps me understand the market better, creating a collaborative loop that drives much better commercial results for our operators.
After the exciting launch of our first crash game, the second half of the year is all about expanding gameplay mechanics. We are rolling out fresh features that players and affiliates should definitely watch out for — especially our upcoming titles with bonus wheels and double grids.
We are taking our signature formula of beautiful art and engaging math and pushing it into highly volatile setups. The goal is to keep bringing a whole new level of tension and excitement to the lobbies with features that are completely fresh for our portfolio.
My biggest advice is to treat us as collaborators, not just as a content catalog. Don't just send a generic email asking for marketing banners or quick placements. Reach out with a clear idea of who your specific audience is and what kind of mechanics or themes they actually enjoy playing.
Studios love affiliates who want to grow alongside the brand — and that authenticity is what opens the door to exclusive insights, early roadmaps, and much better long-term support.
Right now, I have to go with 3 Fortune Souls. The graphics are absolutely gorgeous, and the team did a spectacular job with the vibrant visual style and the overall atmosphere. It catches your eye the second it loads in the lobby.
Several of the operators I personally manage have seen an incredible, immediate response from their players since launching it. For an Account Manager, there is nothing better than seeing a game make your clients happy from day one because the retention and round counts are organically high.
A sincere thank you to Narm Chok and the entire Amigo Gaming team for this conversation — and to Javiera for making the connection happen. This kind of openness is exactly what helps the iGaming affiliate community grow smarter. We look forward to following Amigo Gaming’s trajectory through the rest of 2026 and beyond.
