According to the footer of its website, WinHugo is owned and operated by CBC Group Ltd and licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under licence ALSI-202409014-FI1, while payments are processed by CBC Group LP in London. An Anjouan licence is an offshore licence: it lets the company operate, but it is not a local licence in any of the markets WinHugo targets.
WinHugo told us its markets are Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico. That matters. Brazil banned online betting under Provisional Measure 1.394 in September 2026, Colombia licenses operators through Coljuegos, Mexico through SEGOB, and Argentina province by province. WinHugo holds none of those licences. We also noticed numbered mirror domains such as winhugo3.com and winhugo4.com in use, which operators typically rely on where their main domain is blocked.
📌 Our position: we do not recommend WinHugo, or any betting operator, to players in Brazil while MP 1.394 is in force. Everywhere else, check that online gambling with an offshore-licensed operator is legal where you live before you sign up.
The casino welcome offer covers the first four deposits, rising from a 100% to a 200% match. Added together, the four matches are what WinHugo markets as “up to 625% in bonuses”. Bonuses are credited automatically — no code needed.
| Deposit | Match | Max bonus | Free spins | Max win |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st deposit | 100% | €300 | 100 FS | €1,500 |
| 2nd deposit | 150% | €300 | — | €2,250 |
| 3rd deposit | 175% | €400 | up to 250 FS | €3,500 |
| 4th deposit | 200% | €400 | — | €4,000 |
| Total | 625% combined | €1,400 | up to 350 FS | — |
Our view: x30 on the bonus only (not deposit plus bonus) is a fair requirement for a match bonus, and publishing the max-win cap for every step is better practice than many operators manage. The catch is the 7-day validity: wagering €9,000 on a €300 bonus in a week is a lot for a casual player.
Sports players choose one of two offers instead:
| Offer | How it works | Key terms |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome Freebets | Cash bonus from €5 to €500 if one of your first 3 sports bets loses; the bonus grows with the stake | Odds 1.40–3.00 · x1 wagering · 3 days |
| 100% Sports Welcome Bonus | 100% of the first deposit up to €300 | Min. €20 · x10 at odds 1.90+ · 10 days · max win up to 100% of the deposit |
| Promotion | Offer | Key terms |
|---|---|---|
| Wednesday Reload | 50% up to €500 | Min. €30 · x20 · 3 days |
| Weekend Reload | 50 free spins every Saturday and Sunday | Code WEEKEND · min. €20 · x40 · max win €300 |
| Wheel of Fortune | 1 spin for every €10 deposited; prizes are free spins or bonus cash | x25 wagering |
| Refer a Friend | 50% of a referred friend’s first deposit (min. €25) | x40 wagering |
Cashback is paid automatically every Monday between 09:00 and 10:00 UTC on the previous week’s net losses, calculated separately for slots, sports and live casino. The higher the VIP status, the higher the percentage and the lower the wagering. You only qualify if your deposits exceed your withdrawals over the last 30 days, and the minimum payout is €2.50.
| Status | Slots | Sports | Live casino | Max cashback |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amigo | — | — | — | No cashback |
| Rider | 5% (x5) | 3% (x3) | — | €1,000 |
| Lucky | 7% (x4) | 5% (x3) | — | €2,000 |
| Chief | 10% (x3) | 7% (x2) | 5%, no wager | €3,000 |
| Captain | 12% (x2) | 10% (x2) | 5%, no wager | €5,000 |
| Senior | 15% (x1) | 12% (x1) | 5%, no wager | €8,000 |
| Boss Hugo | 20% (x1) | 15% (x1) | 5%, no wager | €10,000 |
The loyalty programme starts with your first real-money bet. Every €1 wagered on casino earns 1 XP; on live casino and sports it takes €10 (sports bets at total odds of 1.5+). There are 30 levels across seven statuses — Amigo, Rider, Lucky, Chief, Captain, Senior and Boss Hugo — and from level 3 each new level pays a one-off prize: free spins up to level 19, cash from level 20. Status never drops. Level 30 is a trip to Monaco plus a €10,000 bankroll, but it requires 100,000,000 XP — €100 million in casino wagering — so treat it as a headline, not a goal.
WinHugo says it carries content from more than 100 providers, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, BGaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Novomatic and Hacksaw Gaming. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Novomatic also appear in an independent review of the casino. The lobby covers slots, live casino and table games, with a separate sportsbook.
WinHugo accepts fiat and cryptocurrency. Local methods such as PIX and e-wallets such as Skrill are shown on the site. The minimum deposit is €20 (or the local equivalent: R$30, MXN 100, ARS 2,000, COP 10,000, CLP 2,500, PEN 20). Maximum deposits and withdrawals depend on the payment method; in euros, maximum withdrawal limits range from €500 to €10,000 depending on the method. Some methods ask you to complete your profile first.
Verification (KYC) is standard on request or before the first large withdrawal. In practice, that means you should expect to send ID before cashing out a bigger win — plan for it rather than be surprised by it.
WinHugo is better than most young offshore brands at the thing players complain about most: it publishes complete bonus terms, and the welcome package and cashback are genuinely generous on paper. What holds the score back is licensing. An Anjouan licence and a Latin American player base without local licences means less protection if something goes wrong, and in Brazil it means operating against a national ban. If you are outside Brazil and online gambling is legal where you live, WinHugo’s offers are worth a look — read the terms, keep the 7-day clock in mind and set a budget first.
Yes, offshore. WinHugo is owned and operated by CBC Group Ltd (registration number 15700) and licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-202409014-FI1. It does not hold local licences in the Latin American countries it targets.
A casino package over the first four deposits: 100% up to €300 + 100 free spins, 150% up to €300, 175% up to €400 + up to 250 free spins, and 200% up to €400. That is up to €1,400 in bonus cash and up to 350 free spins, with x30 wagering on slots and a €20 minimum deposit per step. No bonus code is needed.
Yes. New players choose between Welcome Freebets (a cash bonus of €5 to €500 if one of the first 3 sports bets loses, odds 1.40–3.00, x1 wagering) and a 100% sports bonus up to €300 (x10 wagering at odds of 1.90+).
Cashback is credited every Monday between 09:00 and 10:00 UTC and depends on VIP status: 5–20% on slots, 3–15% on sports and 5% on live casino. The entry status (Amigo) gets no cashback, and live cashback starts at Chief status.
According to WinHugo, its markets are in Latin America: Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico. Brazil banned online betting in September 2026, and the other markets require a local licence that WinHugo does not hold, so players should check their local law first.
WinHugo offers an Android APK. According to WinHugo, an iOS version is in preparation; as of October 2026 it is not available.
